Balansys consults the market from 21 March 2024 to 22 April 2024 on the regulatory documents.
Following the end of the L-gas to H-gas conversion in Belgium, Balansys is proposing adjustments accompanying the new configuration of the L-gas market zone to its regulated documents.
Another technical change is also proposed to clarify that, in case of termination of the agreement, the collateral must be maintained until payment of invoices with the last due date. A clarification is also proposed on interest calculations in the event of a cash deposit.
